Feather

This time made a dog add feather.
Wings was tweaked various, but not settled(-_-;).

Is he wearing the vest of down feather?
It doesn't seems he can fly,because he is a little fat.

It's season to rainy in Japan.
I was attached the sun to my umbrella as name.
